The game is good but crashes all the time. Constantly get booted from the game! Fix this issue and I will give it 5 stars

I did the update and lost everything! I was at level 36 or 37 and I had just finished building the pet hospital and helping Dino. My daughter can see my old game on when she collects her daily prize from friends. We have tried everything but cannot retrieve the game so I can play it on my iPad.

The game keeps kicking me out and I cant connect to Facebook please fix love the game are u going to fix the problem it been over a month do u even read the messages will it fix soon

Game is great. But since the last update the game keeps crashing?? I hope they fix the problem.

I am on level 33 and when I finished the mission where Barney had to feed Bam Bam in the wooden high hair the game crashed and I have not been able to get back in to play. What happened and can this be fixed? Would love to come back but if this doesnt get fixed I will be deleting game.

I really enjoy this game. My issue is that for the last two days I am not able to open game. Please fix. Thank you. I have deleted the game and reinstalled it. It still will not open. Please fix or I will delete game. I sure dont want to do that. It has been for ever since I last played. It still will not open. This is the third time I have posted. PEASE FIX. Thank you.
